Reservation Instructions

You can make a reservation solely for an Eagle Scout or an Eagle Scout plus family memebers. To make your reservation(s) select the appropriate type of reservation below.

Eagle Scout Reservation
There is no cost for the scouts that acheived the Rank of Eagle in the 2008 calendar year. You do need to place no-cost reservation by clicking on the "Eagle Scout Reservation" found in the list of reservations. This will add an "Eagle Scout Reservation" to your 'shopping cart'. You can add other reservations to your 'shopping cart' prior to checking out. During checkout, you will need to provide information on the Eagle Scout for this reservation.(IE. Name, Address, Troop, etc.)

Family and Relatives Reservations
Family Members and Relatives are also invited to the dinner. There is a cost of $30 per family member and relative. You will need to set the quantity of "Family Member and Relatives Reservations" to match the number of family members attending the dinner.

Eagle Mentor Reservations
Eagle Mentors graciously attend the Recognition Dinner. Eagle Mentors pay for their dinner and the dinner of at least one Eagle Scout. There is a cost of $60 per Eagle mentor.

Eagle Dinner Donors
For those that want to support the Boy Scouts and the effort to recognize the efforts and accomplishments of the Eagle Scouts of the Minsi Trails Council can make donations. These donations will be used to help finance the event and the scholarships offered.
